Terrible GPs at Dr Azim and Partners

As an asthmatic patient, it took me 3 days to get through the telephone booking system. I can understand the current situation. I needed to get a prescription for my inhalers! I had to negotiate for a same day appointment (4pm was the earliest appointment). They did not confirm whether it was a telephone appointment or face to face. I was in self-isolation for 3 weeks. By 3:50pm I was outside the GP surgery to find their doors closed. I contacted the surgery, only then they confirmed my appointment was a telephone appointment. I was told that the GP would contact me at 4pm. Just after 4:25pm I contacted the surgery again. The receptionist was extremely rude and followed by saying "keep your line free for the doctor to call you". I let her rudeness go as I couldn't talk due to continuous coughs and shortness of breath. Again after 5:30pm I called them. It seemed they had a script in front of everyone taking calls. This GP practice put my life at risk!!! I had no choice but to call 111.
